About Curated Vinyl
Return and Refund Policy
Curated Vinyl specializes in exclusive and limited vinyl releases. Because many items are produced in small quantities, our return policy is limited.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
The item arrives damaged during shipping
The incorrect item was shipped
If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging in order to evaluate damage or shipping issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited and collectible nature of many releases, we generally do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect playback
Curated Vinyl reserves the right to **cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale or bulk purchasing purposes**.
Refunds and Replacements
If a return is approved, Curated Vinyl may offer one of the following:
- Replacement (if inventory is available)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
If the item is no longer available due to limited supply, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Curated Vinyl will provide instructions for return shipping.
